Smokeless Moxa sticks

Mugwort stick to be ignited to warm the muscles in depth.

Particularly useful for treating tissue inflammation.

Instructions : 

1. Light 1 stick with a lighter or a kitchen torch.
2. Heat the painful or inflamed area, keeping a distance of at least 4 centimeters between the skin and the stick.
3. Always be on the move with your stick.
4. Keep a container handy to shake off the ash.
5. Extinguish the stick by sticking it in the sand or salt.
