Directions for use : 

Apply and give massage. The blend can be use directly or diluted in a good quality vegetable oil, as needed.

For a deeper massage, the blend may be use pure to optimise the functions. Make sure to let enough time to the preparation to penetrate in the skin.

We suggest, if irritation is felt, to dilute the mix in a good quality vegetable oil or to stop using it.

Undergoing allergy tests on a small surface is also recommended (on your wrist or on the elbow fold).
