Massage Stone (large size) 

Natural basalt volcanic stone ideal for a hot stone massage.

This stone has been naturally polished by water. It is a very porous rock, and will keep its heat for a long time if heated properly before use

Instructions :

• Plunge the stone completely in a hot heater filled with water
• Leave the stone in the heater for about 20 minutes so that it warmed up to the center
• Remove the stone with a spatula or an insulated mitten
• Dry the stone thoroughly
• Oil the stone and use it to do the massage techniques

Precautions : Always check the temperature of the stone before proceeding with the massage, specially on a sensitive body part (inside the forearm etc.)
