Instructions for Use

1. Power on the device

2. Select the desired treatment mode

3. Press the start button

• Mold the device to closely follow the treatment area (1 inch or less)

• Use up to 30 minutes per day for maximum benefits

• For facial care, use the WRINKLES or ACNE mode

• Do not use the CONTOUR mode on the face; use the WRINKLES mode instead

• For deeper muscle injuries, use the ACHES & PAINS mode
