Himalayan Pink Salt - Ground

Pink salt is a type of salt from the Himalayas. It is said to reduce stress, promote better sleep and help painful, swollen feet. Furthermore, its composition is rich in oligo-elements and low in sodium.

It's been used for centuries for its detoxifying, purifying and regenerating properties.

You can use it as in the following treatments

Body scrub : Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of pink salt and apply to the area to be exfoliated (back, legs, arms...). Follow with a circular massage on damp skin before rinsing thoroughly. You can use this treatment 1 to a maximum of 2 times a week.

Warm baths to reduce stress and enhance relaxation : Add 2 to 3 spoonfuls of our Himalayan salt to a bath for around 15 to 20 minutes. For even greater relaxation, a few drops of essential oils can be added to our products.

For painful and/or swollen feet : This effective natural treatment soothes aching feet. Prepare a basin of warm water and add 2-3 spoonfuls of salt. Allow to act for around ten minutes.
